* Can you provide more information about subscriptions?  Subscriptions are a one-time purchase that includes 4 deliveries per year at your doorstep.  

* Can I send a Pretty pot as a gift?  Yes!  There are two ways to give Pretty Delivered as a gift - one is to buy a gift card.  At check out you would include the recipient's information.  The second way is to choose a drop-in from our collection and we would deliver it to their shipping address.

* What if I do not have a planter?  Our natural biodegradable pots are pretty enough to stand as is, however we will happily suggest some of our favorite planters suited to your style.  Make a note at checkout and we will be in touch to help.

* What if my town is not on the delivery list?  Our list is where we offer free delivery.  Depending on your location, we will deliver for a small fee.

* How quickly will Pretty be delivered once I place an order?  Pretty is delivered within a two-week window each season.

* Am I able to make special requests?  We carefully choose flowers and plants to withstand the appropriate growing season.  We suggest that you choose the closest option to what you love, or contact Wubby Designs for a custom planter.  

* What is your refund policy?  We do not offer refunds or exchanges, which is why we provide precise care instructions for your Pretty pot.  If you are not sure which option from our collection that would do best based on your sun exposure, please send us an email and we will happily choose the best option for you.
